Steve Orr has been involved in the building business in Alaska since the early 1970's. He started his own company, Steve Orr Construction, in 1982 and since then has built and remodeled more homes in the Valley than he could ever begin to recall. These homes encompass from the very custom to the entry to moderate level income homes that have been his specialty for the last few years.
Steve has been a member of the Mat-Su Home Builders Association since the mid 1980's and served as President of the association for two years, 1991 and 1992. He also served as a Director on the Board for the Alaska State Home Builder's Association 1991, 1992, and 1993.
Steve strives to keep the costs of his homes as low as possible so that more Alaskans can realize the dream of home ownership.
